McMurphy, Mrs. Inez Taylor-40, died in a local hospital Saturday at 12:55 a.m., after a short illness.

She was born in Bluff Springs, Fla., but had lived in Montgomery 20 years and was a member of the Church of the Seventh Day Adventist.

Surviving are her husband, William O. McMurphy; father and mother, Mr. and Mrs. John T. Taylor, Bluff Springs, Fla.; a son, Hinson McMurphy, city; a daughter, Miss Marilyn McMurphy, city; four brothers, J. E., and Ivan Taylor, Pensacola; Glenn Taylor, U. S. Navy, and Lester Taylor, U. S. Army; three sisters, Mrs. R. E. Peterman, Waco, Texas; Mrs. G. A. Gray, Corpus Christi, Texas and Mrs. Randel Jernigan, Pensacola.

Funeral arrangements will be announced by Leak-Belser-Tucker.
