Johnson Jr. Will Officiate And Interment Will Follow In The Welch Memorial Cemetery With Full Military Honors By The Veterans Honor Guard. Mr. Gentry Was Born On July 20, 1931, In Monterey, TN To The Late Min and Bertha Buckner Gentry. Mr. Gentry Passed Away On Tuesday, July 12, 2011, At Cookeville Regional Medical Center. Mr. Gentry Was Retired From The Tennessee Wildlife Resource Agency After 35 Year's Service As A Wildlife Officer. Served 3 Terms As An Alderman For The City Of Monterey, Also A Member Of The Monterey United Methodist Church, And He Was A US Army Korean War Veteran. He Is Survived By,His Wife Of Almost 55 Years, Billie Ruth Copeland Gentry Of Monterey, TN, Twin Brother, Carson Gentry, Monterey, TN, Brother, James (Mousie) Gentry, Monterey, TN, In Addition To His Parents, He Was Preceded In Death By His Only Child Michael Lynn Gentry, Beloved Pet, Star, 2 Sisters, Lou Ella Gentry and Etta Qualls, 4 Brothers, Earl Gentry, E.E. (Jeff) Gentry, Ernest Gentry, Billy Elbert Gentry. The Family Will Receive Friends At Goff Funeral Home On Thursday, July 14, 2011, From 5 Pm Until 8 PM.
