Mrs. Vaughn, 79, of Plum Grove died Friday night, January 17, in a local hospital.
Last rites were conducted at 2:30 p.m. Sunday January 19, in Plum Grove Baptist Church. The Rev. Chester Burt, pastor, t.he Rev. Bill Nix and the Rev. Bob Wiley of Port Neches officiated. Interment was in Plum Grove cemetery, Pace-Stancil Funeral Home in charge.
Mrs. Vaughn is survivied by four daughters, Mrs. Daisy Skinner of Leesville, La.; Mrs. Pauline Green of Shepherd; Mrs. Nancy Greer of Nederland and Mrs. Bernice Enloe of Route 2, Cleveland.
Also six sons, John Vaughn and Randalph Vaughn of Port Neches; Green Vaughn of Jasper; Alton Vaughn of Crosby; Carl Vaughn of Dayton and Welcome Vaughn of Splendora. 42 grandchildren and 39 great grandchildren.
