KUEPFER, Laurene (Lebold) - Peacefully, went home to be with her Lord, surrounded by her family, on Saturday, July 16, 2005 at Stratford General Hospital. Laurene was born 80 years ago in Wellesley township and resided at RR 2, Bluevale. Beloved wife of Levi F. Kuepfer with whom she celebrated 54 years of marriage. Loving mother of Doris Anne Miller of Listowel, Sharon Kuepfer of Millbank, Rosalee and Kevin Wernham of Wroxeter, Joseph and Lisa Kuepfer of London, Kentucky, James Kuepfer of Molesworth, Marilyn and Chris Wynes of Kingwood, Mary Jane Dinsmore of Markham and Pauline Horst of Millbank. Gentle and caring grandmother of Doug Miller (great-grandson, Brandon), Dale Wernham, Kim (Wernham) and Erich Eckert, Konrad and Melissa Wernham, (great-grandson, Noah), Ryan, Derek and Kiera Kuepfer, Angela (Kuepfer) and Scott Miller, Vanessa (Kuepfer) and Steve Oldfield, Matthew Kuepfer, Alanna, Seth, Darren, Blair, and Luke Wynes and Dustin Horst. Laurene will be sadly missed by her two sisters, Frieda Lebold of New Hamburg and Ruth Kuepfer of Brussels, and by sisters and brothers-in-law, Elsie Lebold, Marion Lebold, Dorothy Lebold, Doreen Klein, Barbara McNab, Lillian Kuepfer, John and Kelsey Kuepfer, Martha Schultz, William and Catherine Kuepfer, Melvin Kuepfer, Henry and Mary Kuepfer, Sarah Kuepfer, Velma and Danny Gascho, Dorothy and Andy Gascho, Susie and David Huber. Laurene was predeceased by parents, Christian and Elizabeth (Albrecht) Lebold; son-in-law, Robert Miller; brothers, Amos, Elmer and Katie, Ervin and Edna, Edward, John and Erma, Alvin and Lloyd Lebold and by sisters, Mary Ann and Harvey Leis, Barbara and Elmer Boshart, Clara and Ken Roth and by sister and brothers-in-law, Mary and Stanley Helmuth, Aaron, Joseph and Ray Kuepfer. Laurene was a member of Heritage Mennonite Church, Millbank. She was actively involved for many years in teaching Bible School, Sunday School and Bible Club in the communities where she lived. Family and friends may call at the Mark Jutzi Funeral Home, 7 Spencer St., Milverton on Monday (today) from 7-9 p.m. and again Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 20, 2005 at Milverton Mennonite Fellowship at 2:00 p.m. Burial to follow in Bethel Conservative Mennonite Cemetery, Millbank.
