Carl Carlson
Carl Carlson, 62, 1644 7th Ave, N.W., a retired foreman with the Anaconda Co., died Sunday in the veterans hospital in Phoenix, Ariz.
Services will be Friday at 2 p.m. at the United Methodist Church in Geraldine with the Rev. Dwight Harshman officiating. Burial will be in the Geraldine Cemetery with military graveside honors.
The Riverside Mortuary of Fort Benton is in charge of arrangements.
Born in Iowa, Jan. 22, 1917, he was in the military service for four years during World War II.
He has been retired from the Anaconda Co. for five years. Since then he and his wife, Betty, have spent the winters in New Mexico.
Besides his wife, he is survived by his mother, Etta Hays of Geraldine; two sisters, Marian Scribner, Geraldine, and Nellie Bartels, Westgate, Iowa, and a brother, Thomas MacArthur in the military service in Missouri.
