Strouss and J. Watkins Strouss, both of NYC. Mr. Watkins was the owner of the Clarence V. Watkins Insurance Agency. A memorial service will be held on Wed., Oct. 8 at 11 o'clock in the First Baptist Church of Pgh., Bellefield at Bavard. Private interment at5 Rowley Cem., Hillsdale, PA.
