MOSLEY - Mr. Eugene E. Mosley, 64, died on Wed., April 8, 1998 at a local hospital. Mr. Mosely lived in Jax all of his life. He was a graduate of Andrew Jackson High School 1952, a member of Franklin St. Baptist Church, a veteran of the U.S. Army,retired in 1977 as Chief Administrator of Public Works Dept., City of Jax, when he became an antique dealer and member of San Marco Preservation Society. Graveside services will be held at Evergreen Cemetery (Gate #6 on 44th St) on Monday, April 13, 1998 at 11:00 AM with Dr. Terry Gore, Pastor of Franklin St. Baptist Church, officiating. He was preceded in death by his father, Carrial Mosley in 1951. Survivors include his mother, Mrs. Mamie Mosley; a sister, Katherine (William) Goldstein; 2 brothers, Claude (Allene) Mosley and William (Rose) Mosley; 4 nephews and 1 niece. The family will receive friends from 3 to 6PM on Sat., April 11, 1998 at Kyle-McLellan Funeral Home, 17 W. Union St. at Main.
