There passed away on Saturday, Sept. 23, at her residence, 26 Charlotte St., Barrie, Mrs. Frank Brewster, in her 65th year.
Deceased was the former Edith Lawrence, daughter of Frederick Lawrence, of Barrie, and was one of Jehovah's Witnesses. She is survived by her husband and two daughters, Mrs. C. Brown and Alice, both of Barrie. Her father, five sisters and six brothers also survive. They are: Mrs. Martin (Violet) residing in England; Mrs. David Reid (Jessie), Buffalo; Mrs. Albert Cooper (May), Barrie; Mrs. Albert Bates (Elsie), Barried, and Mrs. Louis Grignon (May), Quebec. Brothers surviving are: Walter, New Westminister, B.C.; Victor and Wallace, Barrie; Jack, Sudbury; Fred, Oklahoma, U.S.A., and Wilfred, Sarnia.
The funeral was held from the home of her daughter, Mrs. C. Brown, 53 Collier St., and was conducted by Mr. McNull, of Toronto. Pall-bearers were William Cameron, Albert Alexander, Fred Cooper, Wilfred Lawrence, John Reid and Fred Jobbitt. Interment took place in St. Pauls Cemetery, Innisfil.
