MARIAN M. SMITH
Our mother, grandmother and friend, Marian Moore Smith, age 85, passed away Tuesday, April 12, 1994.

She was born January 22, 1909 to David Edward and Pearl Powell Moore in Coalville, Utah. She married Asa Gilby Smith January 30, 1928. He preceded her in death. She was a retired seamstress and fitter for Makoff and ZCMI. Her talent with needle and thread blessed the lives of many.She is survived by her children, Mrs. Guy (Dauna) Crum, Novato, Calif.; Mrs. Colleen Dale, Belmont, Calif.; Arvel G. (Doris) Smith, currently serving an LDS mission to Macon, Georgia; 11 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild. Also surviving are one brother, Edward (Juanita) Moore, Coalville; three sisters, Marie Bevan, Tooele; Fern Black, Evanston, Wyo.; and Dorothy Barkan, Kearns. She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Ardella Peet.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, April 23, 1994, 1 p.m., at the Walker Mortuary in Coalville, where friends may call from 11:30 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. Interment, Coalville City Cemetery.
