Funeral services for Mrs. J.E. Harrison, 80, resident of Breckenridge since 1922, were officiated by Rev. Claude Harris, Baptist minister of Eastland, assisted by Rev. Byron Bryant, Hardin-Simmons.

Interment in Post Oak cemetery, southwest of Breckenridge.

Mrs. Harrison died at Villa Haven Nursing home where she had been a patient since July 1970.

Miss Emma Guster Harris married J.E. Harrison on 2 January 1910 at Eliasville, Texas. They moved to Breckenridge from Eliasville in 1922. She was a member of the Baptist Church.

Survivors: her husband; two daughters - Mrs. Gene Sellars of San Angelo and Mrs. W.C. Johnson of Bonaire, GA; three sons - Henry of Breckenridge, H.C. of Fort Worth, and Lee of Winters; 14 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.

One son and daughter preceded her in death.
