She was born on January 3, 1937 in Washington to Bernard J. and Rosa D. (Colbert) Cosgrove. She was a 1954 Graduate of Washington Catholic High School. Donna earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary Education from Austin Peay StateUniversity. She was a retired 6th grade English teacher at Richview Middle School.
She is survived by two sons and daughters in-law. Donald M. and Ellen Clark of Bel Air Maryland and James A. and Teresa Clark of Clarksville, Tennessee; two sisters, Dottie Murphy of Washington, and Joyce Ann Beverly of Chicago; two brothers, Bernard Cosgrove of O'Fallon, MO. and Thomas Cosgrove St. Louis, Mo; two step grandchildren, Jordan Dominquez of Lewistown, Illinois, and Rachael Johns of Louisville, KY, and three great grandchildren, Jayden Miller, Cameron Miller, Addison Miller all of Fort Hood, Texas; two step great grandchildren, Katlynn Johns and Michelle Johns both of Louisville, KY. She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Doyle Walker; one son, Thomas A. Clark; and one brother Fred Cosgrove. Donations may be made to the Heart & Lung Association.
