at Hospital Wed.
Cyrenius W. Ard, 76 a resident of 1009 Columbia Avenue, died at 12:15 p.m. Wednesday at the Community Hospital,
after a long illness.
A retired farmer, he was the son of the late C.W. and Tabitha Flemming Ard, was born in Barren County, and wa a member of the Baptist Church.
Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Alma Worthington Ard; five son, Robert, Warren and David Ard, all of Martinvsille Indiana; Lawrence Ard, Bellville, Michigan, and Clem Ard, Phoenix, Arizona; two daughters, Mrs. Arthur Kirby, Glasgow, and Mrs. W.P. Kirchnen, Bellville, Michigan; a sister Mrs. Myrtle Maple, Connersville, Indiana and 13 grandchildren.
Funeral services will be helad at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Hatcher and Saddler Funeral Home, wih the burial in the Glasgow Cemetery. The Reverends Sanders and Otey will direct the services. The body will remain at the funeral home until time for sevices.
