ADA - Services for Daniel J. Alexander, 38, Ada, are 2 p.m. Tuesday at Ada First Indian Baptist Church, the Rev. Dan McLemore officiating. Burial follows at Hickory Hill. A prayer service will be held at 1217 N. Bolton Monday evening. Mr. Alexander died Jan. 10, 2003, at a local hospital. He was born Sept. 10,1964, at Aurora, Colo., to Samuel and Mary Greenwood Alexander. In grade school he attended Carter Seminary. He attended high school at Ravia and Tishomingo High School. He came to this area in 1970 from Colorado. He married Orlinda Marie Todacheenie in 1984. Mr. Alexander was employed with Sears in Ada and later with Dollar General Warehouse in Ada. He was Methodist. Survivors include his wife, Orlinda Alexander, of the home; two sons, Carlos Alexander and Kyle Alexander, both of the home; his parents, Mary and Samuel Alexander, Ravia; three brothers, Mark Alexander, Ada, Cecil Alexander and Matthew Alexander, both of Ravia; and a sister, Renia Collins, Davis. Bearers are Robert Arles, Dale Tankersley, Weldon Fulsom, Gary Burden, Jerry Springsten and Travis John. Honorary bearers are Lloyd Parnacher, Calvin Parnacher, Floyd Parnacher, Jerry Parnacher and Greg Parnacher. Criswell Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
