Emory W. Wade died at his home in Boonsboro Tuesday afternoon at 3:45 o'clock of pneumonia, after an illness of one week, aged 60 years. He was a member of the United Brethren Church at Boonsboro; South Mountain Council No. 88, Jr. O. U. A. M., and Logan Tribe of Red Men at Boonsboro. Besides his widow, Mrs. Sadie Wade. he is survived by the following; Daughters, Mrs. Cora Baker, Frederick, Mrs. Charles Poffenberger, Boonsboro; Mrs. Clark Main, Chewsville; Mrs. Ohla Neikirk, Middletown; Mrs. William Stine, Keedysville; Miss Hazel Wade and Miss Fannie Wade, both of Frederick; Miss Gladys Wade, Boonsboro, and Miss Charlotte Wade, Hagerstown; sons, Hubert and Harmon Wade, Smithsburg, Paul, Boonsboro and Woodrow at home; step-daughter, Mrs. Russell Thompson, Boonsboro; 19 grandchildren; sisters, Mrs. John W. Leslie, Marydale, Mrs. John Montgomery, Hagerstown, and Mrs. Thomas Jamison, Trego; brothers, L. E. Wade and W. T. Wade, Trego; E. H. Wade, Hereford, and H. W. Wade, Montana.

The funeral will be held this afternoon, leaving the house at 2:30 o'clock, services at the United Brethren church in Boonsboro by Rev. Frank L. Stine and Rev. M. A. Ashby. Interment in Boonsboro cemetery.
