COLTON, June 17 - Mrs. A. E. Leedom, 76 years old, for many years a resident of this city and the mother of a large family, most of the members of which are widely known in this vicinity, died today at the home of her son, A.H. Leedom, 283 East ‘A’ Street.
Surviving are five sons, A. H. (Allen) Leedom of Colton, W. T. (William) Leedom of Long Beach, C. O. (Charles) Leedom of Fresno, Walter M. Leedom of Oakland, H. S. (Harry) Leedom of Nevada, and two daughters, Mrs. William Gillogly (Mary) of Redlands and Mrs. J. S. (Etta) Bostwick of Colton. Sixteen grandchildren and six great-grandchildren also survive.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday afternoon at 2 o’clock at the Knopsnyder chapel. Interment will be in Hillside Cemetery, Redlands.
