She married as his second wife, Abijah Bailey II, in Greensboro, Orleans Co, VT, 4 June 1848.
They were the parents of one child, John Winthrop Bailey, b. 11 Oct 1849, in Orleans Co. John Winthrop was the father of Guy Winfred Bailey, one of the Presidents of the University of Vermont.
A short death notice is found in the 4 April 1888 issue of the Orleans County Monitor as follows:
Bailey, Mrs., age 80, March 27, wife of Abijah Bailey, of pneumonia.
Before her marriage to Abijah, she was married to Samuel A Burdick, who died sometime before 1848. By him she had two daughters: Betsey M Burdick (Henry Bailey and William W French) and Mary Ortensia Burdick (William H Hildreth and George Day).
