GALESBURG - Diana Lynn Erwin, 48, of 254 George Ave., formerly of the Abingdon and Prairie City areas, died at 3:50 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 2, 2003, at her home. Born Aug. 24, 1954, in Avon to Robert and Marilyn Wilson Clayton, she married James E. Erwin on Dec. 30, 1978, in Galesburg. He survives. Also surviving are her parents of Galesburg; two sons, Terry Wells of St. Louis, Mo., and James (and Angie) Erwin of Galesburg; one daughter, Bambi Erwin at home; two grandchildren; and one sister, Peggy Donnelly of Galesburg. She had worked at APAC Telemarketing and United Facilities, both in Galesburg, Monmouth Pottery and as a cook at the Perkins Restaurant in Galesburg. Friends may call from noon to 1 p.m. Saturday at HinchliffPearson-West Abingdon Chapel, followed by a graveside service at Abingdon Cemetery. Eleanor Landon and the Rev. Bob Malone will officiate.
