She was born Feb. 3, 1933, in Erie, daughter of the late Francis X. and Mary M. Sherman Christoph. She had lived in Alamogordo since 1962.
She worked as a secretary for Hammermill Paper Co.
She graduated from Academy High School and was valedictorian of her class.
She was a member of St. Jude Mission Church and its Altar Rosary Society.

Friends may attend Mass today at 11 a.m. at St. Jude Mission Church, 1404 College Ave., Alamogordo.
Entombment will be private at St. Jude Columbarium.
Arrangements are being handled by the Hamilton-O'Dell Funeral Home, 1334 N. Scenic Drive, Alamogordo.
