Dvorak Jr. and wife Jan of St. Louis, Missouri; one daughter: Linda Christine Kelly and husband Tim of St. Louis, Missouri; one brother: Robert Dvorak and wife Gloria of Troy, Illinois; one sister: Doris Sandt and husband Richard of St. Louis, Missouri; one sister-in-law: Geraldine Finn of St. James, Missouri; three grandchildren: Benjamin; Charlie; and Alex; and a host of other family and friends. Donald will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
Preceding Donald in death are his parents: Albert and Helen (Lehman) Dvorak; his beloved wife: Virginia Lucille Dvorak on November 25, 2003 and an infant daughter: Gennevive Susanne Dvorak.
