Age 65, of Loudon. He was the son of George J. and Minna (Eichenaur) Bottcher.

Born in Queens, N.Y., he moved to New Hampshire in 1976. He proudly served his country in the US Navy from 1966-1970. He served on the Concord Fire Department as a firefighter and paramedic until his retirement in 1998. He was Deputy Chief with the Loudon Fire Department until he retired from that position in 2010. He was also a CPR and EMT Instructor.

When not working, he kept himself busy enjoying his many other interests. He was a Merrimack County 4H Leader, a livestock supervisor at the Rochester Fair and most of all enjoyed going to WDW.

He is survived by his wife of 42 years Nancy (Bird) Bottcher; two daughters, Lara Sheehy and her husband Josh of Loudon and Christine Hawkins of Beverly Hills, Fla. He was a devoted Boppa and Gampa to Dylan and Kayla Sheehy of Loudon.
