Obituary of Thelma C. Breeland
Mrs. Thelma Cruthirds Breeland, 79, died Monday, June 26, 2000, in Gulfport.

Mrs. Breeland was a native of Wiggins and a longtime resident of the Gulf Coast. She was a graduate of Woolmarket High School and was a homemaker. She was a member of Bayou View Spade and Trowel Garden Club, a former member of Star Twirlers Square Dance Club, a member of Trinity United Methodist Church in Gulfport and a member of the Nettie Beason Circle.

She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Bertha Cruthirds and a brother, Owen Cruthirds.

Survivors include her husband, C."Wilkie' Breeland, two sons, Brady L. Breeland of Long Beach and Glenn W. Breeland of Homestead, Florida; two brothers, Ezra Cruthirds of Gulfport and Stanley Cruthirds of Biloxi; a sister Irma Jean Arceneaux of Thibodaux, La.; and nine grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 6 to 8 tonight at Riemann Family Funeral Home on 25th Avenue in Gulfport. A service will be at 10 A.M., Thursday at Trinity United Methodist Church in Gulfport where friends may call after 9 A.M. Burial will be in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens in Gulfport.
