Mr. Todd was born Sept. 22, 1924, in Lufkin, Texas and he died Dec. 30, 2000, in a local hospital.
Mr. Todd was a life-long resident of Lufkin. He was self employed building contractor and of the Baptist faith. He served in the U S Navy during WW II.
