The marriage was contracted on 19 Feb 1869, registered on 23 Feb 1869 and was officiated by O. W. Babcock. According to the Wisconsin Historical Society, Fredrick was from Nyberg, Denmark and a fish dealer in Neenah, Wisconsin. He died of "liver trouble". Kate Marie died of paralysis.
