Death of Thomas M. Elliott
Mr. Thomas Munroe Elliott, who was private secretary to Admiral Green when the latter commanded the South Atlantic squadron, died in this city yesterday afternoon, after a short illness, of pneumonia. He was about forty five years of age and leaves a wife and several children. Funeral services will be held at the family residence, 1824 H Street, tomorrow afternoon at 1 o’clock and the interment, which will be private, will be made in Rock Creek Cemetery. Rev. Dr. Bispham will conduct the religious services.
