Edna White, 99, of Peoria passed away Friday, June 17, 2011, at OSF Saint Francis Medical Center.
Born August 18, 1911 in Topeka, Kansas to Roy and Elizabeth (Hedrick) Miller, Edna married James R. White, Sr. on December 14, 1941 in Cahokia, MO. He preceded her in death on May 17, 1989 in Peoria.
She also was preceded in death by one daughter, Judith; two sons, Bob and Bill; one sister and two brothers.
Surviving are two sons, James R. (Sara) White, Jr., Raymond R. (Alisha) White; and one daughter, Linda (Everett) Eggers.
Edna enjoyed cooking, gardening, and traveling.
Her graveside service will be at Hillcrest Memory Gardens in Morton.
Cremation rites have been accorded.
