John Nevin Walton, 26, of Hamilton, died May 29, 2009 at his home. Funeral services were held June 3 in the Riley Funeral Home Chapel with Wayne Roberts officiating.
Burial followed at Oakwood Cemetery.
Mr. Walton was born February 17, 1983 in Dublin, the son of Jake Walton and Debra Lyn Leeth. He was a 2001 graduate of Hamilton High School. He was married to his high school sweetheart, Alicia Kauitzsch, on July 15, 2005. He enjoyed hunting, fourwheeling, and music. He played the drums and also dearly loved spending time with his family. Mr. Walton was a dedicated and loving, husband, father, son, brother, and friend. He was a very hard-working responsible person who always put others before himself. He will be dearly missed by his friends and family and all who knew him.
Survivors include his wife; his beloved daughter, Kaitlyn Walton of the home; his parents, Jake Walton and Debra Roberts, and a sister, Ashley Metz. In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to an account set up for the daughter, Kaitlyn, at Mills County State Bank.
