1. Pay all my debts and funeral expenses.
2. To my beloved wife TABITHA ANN BELL, all my property, real and personal, for her natural life. After her death it is to be divided in 15 equal parts.
3. One part to my son JOHN FISHER BELL.
4. One part to my son HARRY MONTFORD BELL.
5. Ten parts to my son BENJAMIN WARREN BELL. He is to pay all mortgage costs.
6. One part to be equally divided between HARRY ELISHA BELL and JOSEPHINE BELL, children of my deceased son JOSEPH SLAUGHTER BELL. If either of them shall die, property shall go to my son WILLIAM EDGAR BELL.
7. One part to my son THOMAS CLELLAN BELL.
8. One part to my son WILLIAM EDGAR BELL.
9. I appoint my wife TABITHA ANN BELL Executrix.
