Henry Richard Sieber was the son of Wilhelm William George Sieber 1869 and Rosalie Ann Greenwood.
His father Wilhelm was born in Sheboygan, Wisconsin, but had moved with his family to Colby, Clark County, Wisconsin in 1878. However, other relatives lived in the Sheboygan area.
Henry returned to the Sheboygan area, where he married Harriet Point on June 1, 1929. The couple lived in Sheboygan, and had one daughter in 1832.
The couple separated, and Henry later married Pauline Pongratz, the daughter of John Pongratz and Rose Frei, in Sheboygan Falls, Wisconsin on October 3, 1942.
The couple lived in Sheboygan Falls with his daughter, and they had one more boy, born in 1942.
In 1954 the couple relocated to Hartford, Washington County, Wisconsin.
Later they moved to Shafter, Kern County, California.

Henry R. Sieber, 79, of 812 Fresno Ave., Shafter, California, died Tuesday in Bakersfield, California.
He was born September 16, 1904 in Colby, Wisconsin, a son of William and Rosalie Greenwood Sieber.
He served in the US Army and later was employed as a pattern maker at Kohler Co.
He married Pauline Pongratz October 3, 1942 in Sheboygan Falls. She died, July 20, 1977.
Survivors are his one son, one daughter, five grandchildren; and two sisters.
Graveside services will be held at 2 PM Monday at Sheboygan Falls Cemetery, the Rev. Roger Tellock will officiate.
The Huehns funeral home of Sheboygan Falls is in charge of local arrangements.
