AUDRA DAY GRAMMER, loving daughter, sister, fiance, and friend to many, died peacefully October 27,2002 at the age of 30. She and her fiance, Kelly McMichael, were just beginning their lives together. Audie was a native Houstonian, graduated Jersey Village High School 1990. A former dance instructor, she also resided in Durango, CO and Baldwin, NY. She worked in the restaurant industry for the past 7 years. Miss Audie had a gift of gab, and was a joy to all who knew her. Her beautiful smile and loving heart enriched the lives of those she touched. She will be missed. Audra was preceded in death by grandparents Faye and Wiley Grammer and uncle Larry Richardson. She is survived by her adoring parents John and Barbara Grammer, brother Adrian (A.J.) Grammer, grandparents O.C. Richardson and Billie Lilley, uncle Brad Richardson, aunt Shelly McGaughey, and numerous relatives and friends. The Grammer family will receive visitors Thursday, Oct.31, 2002 at Memorial Oaks from 5-8 P.M. Funeral services will begin at 10: A.M. Friday, November 1, 2002 with interment to follow at Memorial Oaks Cemetery. Audie was here such a short time, but, Oh, what a bright light.
