Thomas was committed to the Central Hospital in Indianapolis August 20th, and died there this morning.
His nephew, W.D. Brown, accompanied the body back for interment in Gregg Township.
He was a brother of the late Jefferson Foxworthy of Lincoln, Nebraska, and better known as Old Harper.
Thomas was 56 years old and unmarried.
