Kalea Jean Mummery, of Windsor, received her angel's wings at 7:24 a.m., Wednesday, June 29, 2011 surrounded by her family after fighting since Monday June 27th at Children's Hospital in Aurora. She joined her sister Kalista in heaven.
Kalea provided 11 beautiful months of the greatest memories a child could give to everyone she met. Kalea has the most beautiful blue eyes you could imagine and a smile and laugh that was contagious.
She was born July 21, 2010 to Michael and Ginger (Kennedy) Mummery in Greeley.
Though she passed from this world too soon, she gave life to three other children with her organ donations.
Kalea is survived by her parents; her sister, Madison Mummery; and grandparents Bob and Jan Mummery, of Calgary, Canada, and Steve and Cathy Kennedy of Windsor. Her sister Kalista went to heaven in 2007.
