He was born Nov. 29, 1931, in Nashua. Mr. Fraser was the husband of Mary Jane Fraser for 45 years.
He was a civil service employee for 35 years.
Mr. Fraser was a graduate of the University of New Hampshire with a bachelor of science degree in engineering and a graduate of Trinity University with a master of science degree in systems engineering.
He was predeceased by a brother, Ray Fraser ; and a granddaughter, Jocelyn Mendez.
Besides his wife, survivors include two daughters and sons-in-law, Kerri and Michael Black, and Janine and Ralph Mendez, all of San Antonio; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Lt. Col Edward and Laurie Fraser of Manchester, and Leo and Virginia Fraser of Nashua; two sisters, Beatrice Woodward of Tacoma, Wash., and Anne Fraser of Hanover; 10 grandchildren; and many friends.
The Sunset Northwest Funeral Home in San Antonio, Texas, is in charge of arrangements.
