A native of Franklin County,Mrs Poper was born January 14,1877,the daughter of the late Daniel and Anna Detrich. She was a member of the First United Brethren Church.
Surviving are her husband;two daughters,Helen, at home and Mrs. Paul Sheppard,Steelton;a brother,George Detrich,Chambersburg,R.R.5.
Funeral services in charge of Rev. Dr. M. R. Fleming, will be held at the Herman C. Kariss funeral home at 4:00 o'clock Saturday afternoon; burial in Cedar Grove Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 7 to 9 Friday evening.
