Ellen Johnson was the daughter of Gustaf ("Gust") Johnson and Anna ("Annie") Breta Johnson.

She married Theodore Rohrabaugh, son
of John R. Rohrabaugh and Charity Lane,
on October 23, 1895, in Tippecanoe County, Indiana; they were married until his death
on May 18, 1909. The couple had seven children, five of whom survived, namely:

Ruth Gladys May (Rohrabaugh) Mather
(1897-1974),
Hazel F. Rohrabaugh (1899-1917),
Mary Ann (Rohrabaugh) Stoller (1902-2000),
Theodore Rohrabaugh (1906-1993), and
Lucille Matilda (Rohrabaugh) Klaiber
(1907-1990).

She married Theodore Wolf, son of
John Wolf and Elizabeth Lemon, on
August 17, 1912, in Tippecanoe County, Indiana; they were married until his death
on June 2, 1949. The couple had no children together.

"MRS. ELLEN WOLF

BATTLE GROUND -- Mrs. Ellen Wolf, 93, formerly of Battle Ground, died at 5:10 p.m. Thursday in William Ross Annex, Lafayette. She had been ill three weeks.
Born at Hog Point north of Battle Ground, she lived in Tippecanoe County all her life. She
was educated in the Hog Point school.
She was married to Theodore Rohrbaugh
[sic-Rohrabaugh], who died in 1908
[sic-1909], and in 1914 [sic-1912] was married to Theodore Wolf, who died in 1947 [sic-1949]. She was a member of the Battle Ground EUB Church.
Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Ruth G. Mather of West Lafayette, Mrs. Mary Stoller
of Akron, O., and Mrs. Lucille Klaiber of Lafayette; and one son, Theodore Rohrbaugh [sic-Rohrabaugh] of Michigan City."

"Wolf, Mrs. Ellen -- Friends may call after
3 p.m. Saturday at Landis-Loy Mortuary. Services there 2 p.m. Sunday, Pastor H. C. Stolldorf officiating. Interment Pretty Prairie Cemetery, north of Battle Ground."
