Mrs. Sylvia May Frey Harrison, 84, died Feb. 4, 1977, in Home Hospital, one hour after being admitted. Born near Mulberry, she was reared in the Stockwell area, and moved to Lafayette in 1951. She was married in 1920 at Zionsville to Evan Lee Harrison; he died in 1969. Mrs. Harrison had worked at the ADO Grill and at Woolworth's Store.
Surviving are a son, John A. Harrison of Lafayette; a daughter, Miss Catherine Louise Harrison, at home; three sisters, Mrs. Mary Thompson of Fort Wayne, Dorothy (Mrs. Ralph) Blackwell of Indianapolis, and Mrs. Margaret C. Feigel of West Lafayette; and a brother, Lawrence Frey of Oxford. Service was held Feb. 7 in Hippensteel Chapel, Rev. J. Thomas Hodson officiating; internment Tippecanoe Memory Gardens.
