Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday in First Baptist Church with the Rev. Barry Owens, associate pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery by Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.
Mr. Shelhamer was born Aug. 3, 1912, in Sumner County, Kan. He married Lois Martin on June 11, 1939, in Pampa.
Survivors include his wife; two sons, Dr. Gene Shelhamer of Abilene and Dr. Jim Shelhamer of Kensington, Md.; a daughter, Pam Grant of Denver; 10 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
The family suggests memorials be to First Baptist Church, P. O. Box 621, Pampa, TX 79066; or Pampa Senior Citizens Center, 500 W. Francis Ave., Pampa, TX 79065.
