Martha A. Baney, 65, wife of Barge E. Baney, 540 N. Tenth St., died Tuesday morning in the Good Samaritan Hospital. She was born in Lebanon, daughter of the late Harry and Belva Blouch Spancake. She was a member of the Memorial United Methodist Church, the Women of the Moose and the Ladies Auxiliary of the International Typographical Union. Aside from her husband she leaves a daughter, Hilda, wife of Jay Trout, Lebanon; two grandchildren and a brother, Harvey Goshert, Lebanon. [Lebanon Daily News, March 11, 1970, Page 2]
