Born in Knights Station on Nov. 10, 1915, she came to Auburndale at an early age. She was a machine operator for Continental Can Co. She was a member of the Order of the Easter Star and the Old Timers Coffee Club in Auburndale. She was a member of First Missionary Baptist Church in Auburndale.
Mrs. Traylor was preceded in death by her husband, Buford Traylor whom she married in 1931 in Osceola Co. She is survived by her daughter, Evelyn Pearman, Auburndale; son, Jack Traylor, Tallahassee; five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; 12 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation were from 6 to 8 Tuesday, June 7, 2005 at Kersey Funeral Home, 108 E. Lake Stella Drive, Auburndale. Services were at 10 a.m. Wednesday, June 8, 2005 at the funeral home chapel.
