Virginia Pickett Douglas of Valdosta, Georgia, died January 4, 2008. Mrs. Douglas was a member of Northside Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Hubert L. Douglas; parents, Lester N. and Gertrude Bullard Pickett; brothers, Carl Pickett and Bud Pickett.
She is survived by son and daughter-in-law of Newnan; two grandchildren, both of Newnan; brother and sister-in-law of Macon; nieces and nephews.
Graveside service held January 6 at Riverside Memorial Gardens in Valdosta with Rev. Bob Middleton officiating. Carl J. Mowell & Son Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
