She graduated from Laketon High School. She attended Niconza Christial Felloship Church in Roann. She was a member of the General Tire Retiree's Club, since she retired in 1974 after working there for 19 years. She also worked for hively Manufacturing in Roann for 15 years, Cyclone Seeder in Urbana, and volunteered over 1000 hours at the Wabash County Hospital.
She is survived by her two sons, Kenneth Hively of Wabash, and Larry Hively of Roann; her daughter, Mrs. Joann (Paul) Zintsmaster of Roann; her brother, Arlo Marshall of Laketon; eight grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her grandson, her sister and two brothers.
