From Find A Grave contributor M Pattison - Fred Seipel's biological father was John Hanlon. When John died, Fred's mother remarried to Conrad Seipel, who adopted Fred. That is why he bears the last name Seipel. Fred had 4 wives although I have not been able to find memorials for the other 3.

1st: 3 July 1915, Ethel Marie Reeder (1898-1922)
2nd: about 1923, Katherine Lenora Love (1891-1933)
3rd: after 1933, Marie Rice (1896-1960)
4th: after 1960, Clara Bell Hale (1897-?), she survived Fred
