Sue was one of the best gals around. She graduated from Coronado High School in 1976, and attended the University of Northern Colorado in Greeley. Sue loved life, had a passion for nursing and she graduated from the Beth-El School of Nursing in Colorado Springs. Sue was also a published author of several nursing books. She was an early advocate of 'prepared childbirth' and was an instructor for the Childbirth Education Association. Sue lost her fight against brain cancer July 15, 2006. She is survived by her
husband Marty, daughter Amanda and son A.J. Moberly.

She was my friend for over 30 years and not a day goes by when I don't miss her bright eyes and smiling face...I'll never forget making navajo tacos, walking around barefoot everywhere and going to pow-wows sponsored by the Lone Feather Council...she even helped me make my costume for dancing, and made me beaded hair ties.
Sue was half Native American, from the Cherokee tribe, and was somewhat torn as to where she 'fit' in sometimes, but she made the best of everything always.

I was extremely fortunate to be able to call her friend, and she is sorely missed.
