The body will be removed to the Harn residence, 1836 Division street, at 4 o'clock this afternoon from the Crawshaw funeral home and will remain there until 12 o'clock noon Saturday when it will be removed to the First Methodist church. The casket will not be opened after the services begin. Interment will be in Pleasant Grove Memorial cemetery.
Mr. Harn, who was a train dispatcher for the Missouri Pacific for years, was an active citizen taking part in church and civic work as long as his health permitted. He was a member of the Rotary club and of the First Methodist clurch.
He was born December 25. 1889, in Scottsville, Kansas, and had resided in Murphysboro the last twenty years.
He was married July 3, 1920, at Little Rock, Arkansas, to Kimmie Sanggs, and Mrs. Harn and two children, Edward and Anna Marie, survive.
He is also survived by his mother, Mrs. T. F. Harn, Concordia, Kansas, and two sisters, Mrs. John Carter and Mrs. John West, both of Concordia, Kansas.
Mr. Harn had been in poor health for about fifteen months, and had been a patient in the Missouri Pacific hospital several times within the last several months. He died in the hospital at 9 a. m. Thursday at the age of 49 years.
