Virginia M. (Naylor) Daly, died on Monday, Dec. 11, 2006, at Montgomery Hospital in Norristown. She was 74. Mrs. Daly was a resident of Blue Bell.
Born in Philadelphia on August 14, 1932, she was a daughter of the late Nelson and Elizabeth (Rushworth) Naylor. She was the wife of the late John F. "Jack" Daly Jr., who died in 1994.
Surviving are her loving family including a son, John F. Daly III of Philadelphia; two daughters, Linda J. Daly of Norristown and Sharon A. Daly-Sweeney and her husband, John Sweeney of Media; and two grandchildren, John and Sarah. She was preceded in death by a sister, Beverly Shinn.
Relatives and friends are invited to her Requiem Mass at St John's Episcopal Church, 23 E. Airy St., Norristown on Saturday, Dec. 16 at 10 a.m. Officiating will be Fr. Kell Morton Sr., Rector. Interment in Washington Memorial Chapel Cemetery, Valley Forge. Her only viewing will be held Friday from 7 to 9 p.m., at The Bacchi-Courtney Funeral Home & Crematory, Ltd., 805 DeKalb St. (Rt. 202), Bridgeport, PA.
