A homemaker and loving mother to three children, Dot was active in PTA and bridge club while the family resided in Lubbock. In 1966 the family moved to Dallas, Texas, where Dot later began a career as a personnel recruiter for a Cockrell-Hull Personnel Agency.
In retirement her interests included her pets, travel, friends and, most importantly, her family, devoting much of her time and energy to enjoying her two grandchildren while they were young.
She is survived by her children, Paula, Mike and Mel; her grandchildren, Rebecca and Matthew; and her ex-husband, Paul. Dot is loved by many and will be greatly missed. Dot leaves many close friends and relatives in Lubbock and Dallas.
A private memorial for friends and family will be held on Saturday, June 25th.
