Mrs. Nannie Anders,87, wife of Henry Anders whom she married in 1900, died suddenly at 8:00am March 23 at her home on Route 1 London. Death was attributed to a stroke.
Funeral services were conducted at 2:30 pm Saturday At the Hightop Baptist Church of which she was a member, by the Reverends Layton Vanhook and Marion Taylor. Interment followed in the Storm Cemetery at Hightop by the Rawlings Funeral Home. Pallbearers were grandsons.
A native Laurel Countian, Mrs Anders was born March 22 1874, the daughter of Jim and Phiebie Thompkins Storm.
Surviving besides the husband are two daughters and four sons: Mrs Zora Cox, Cincinnati, Mrs Phiebie Clark London Route 1 Roy Anders, Norwood Ohio, Oakley Anders, Deer Park Ohio, George Anders, Hamilton and Litton Anders Mason Ohio. One sister Mrs Elizabeth Cassidy London Route 1. Thirty grandchildren and eighteen great-grandchildren.
