The fire death of John Wallace (Jonnie Em-Yah-Tubbee), Indian, on Sunday night in a tiny shack in northeast Ardmore is closed, cause of death accidental.
Funeral for Emi-Yah-Tubbee, 58, who was burned to death Sunday, was Tuesday afternoon at McMillian. Rev. Joshua Wistley officated and buried was in the Indian cemetery near McMilan arranged by Harveys. Survivors include his wife, Arelena, his mother Mrs. Nancy May Tubbee, a son Cleve Emi-Yah-Tubbee, a daughter, Mary of Shaster, California, a brother, two sister and seven grandchildren.
