Forest 'Red' Hullum [Forest Way Hullum 1928-1911]
Funeral services were held Saturday at Bowers Funeral Home of Teague for Forest 'Red' Hullum, 82, of Teague who died April 13 at East Texas Medical Center of Fairfield.
Interment followed at Driver Cemetery of Freestone county.
Mr. Hullum was born August 4, 1928 to Tex and Mary Davis Hullum of Teague.
On August 15, 1948, he married his wife Hilda with whom he spent more than 62 years with until her death on August 20, 2010.
Mr. Hullum worked as a conductor for the railroad until his retirement.
He enjoyed visiting with people and was part of the Teague Dairy Queen coffee drinkers group every day while his health permitted and was a member of Eighth Avenue Baptist Church of Teague.
Mr. Hullum was preceded in death by his wife Hilda.
He is survived by children Wayman Hullum and wife Linda of Teague and Patti Hullum Messier and husband Roy of Frisco; grandchildren Jennifer Wallace and Matthew Sanders, both of Fort Worth and Justin Hullum of Teague; eight great-grandchildren; one great-great-granddaughter; numerous nieces, nephews; other relatives and friends.
Officiating services was Steve Cowart.
Making arrangements was Bowers Funeral Home of Teague.

There will be no visitation. However, a registry book is available for those who wish to sign during regular office hours, 8:00a.m. til 4:00p.m. at the funeral home.
