Mr. James E. Barnes, a native of Madison County, Kentucky, died in Chrisman, Illinois on March 16, 1956. Mr. Barnes was predeceased in death by his wife, Deany Ellen McGuire Barnes; and a son, Cecil Rhodes Barnes. Survivors include three daughters, five sisters, two brothers, and several grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted at the Oldham, Roberts and Powell Funeral Home in Richmond, Kentucky and burial will be in the Richmond Cemetery in Richmond, Kentucky.
