Nathan Volney Meeks (1871-1952) is buried at Logan, along with some other Meeks; James Dixon Meeks (1874-1964) and Charlie Meeks (1885-1977) are both buried at Tucumcari.
Charlie Meeks was the youngest son of Eunice (Bishop, Jackson) Meeks; he was born in Palo Pinto County, TX in March 13, 1885. He, three older brothers and a sister accompanied Eunice to the NM Territory when they homesteaded near Logan in about 1903.
